Privacy policy

The footer signup asks for your email address only. The site saves a neutral internal name label with that signup; newsletter forms elsewhere on the site also ask for your first name. A signup source or referral topic may be attached when available.

Your email address is used for the welcome message and the occasional practical notes described by the signup form.

The workbook form collects your name, email address, and optionally your children’s age range. The email address is used to send the workbook and its download link.

A parent support request collects your name, email address, children’s age range, selected challenge, goals, and preferred support type. Niyyah North keeps the request to review and follow up, and sends a confirmation to the address you provide.

The workshop form collects a parent’s name and email address, children’s age range, and the question or problem they would like help with. The information records interest, supports a confirmation and next steps, and notifies Niyyah North. Submitting the form does not reserve a place or confirm event details.

The booking flow collects your name, email address, time zone, preferred days and times, children’s age range, and an optional description of your situation. Niyyah North uses these details to schedule the session and send booking emails to you and the business.

Payment details are entered through the hosted Stripe checkout. The site receives the booking and payment result; its booking form does not collect card details.

The optional post-session feedback form collects a rating, written response, first name, city, and optional child age range. Each response is saved privately for review. The separate sharing checkbox records permission; a response is not eligible for public use unless the parent gave consent and an admin separately approved it.

If you email Niyyah North, the contents and address you choose to send are used to respond to you.
